FOR DOGS TO STAY IN OUR DAY CARE/HOME BOARDING SOME CONDITIONS APPLY...

The dogs will be in a home environment and may mix with other dogs, so to keep everyone happy and safe we have some guidelines which must be complied with:

- Dogs must be neutered. If they are not bitches cannot stay with us when in season and full males cannot mix with other dogs without supervision.

- Dogs will not be mixed with other dogs from other households without supervision.

- We must see evidence that your dog(s) have been vaccinated and have a copy of vaccination certificates

- Dogs need a Kennel Cough vaccination as they will socialise with other dogs.

- Dogs must be treated regularly for fleas, ticks and worms.

- We cannot accept dogs with a history of aggression towards other animals or people or dogs which are registered under the Dangerous Dogs Act.

- We would ask your dog to wear a Happy Paws tag which we can supply temporarily or for you to purchase.

DOG WALKING

We promise to:
- Walk your dog on a lead (if requested)
- Leave your dog clean
- Ensure that your animal has fresh water and food if you request it
- Scoop the Poops!
- Be reliable and punctual
- Be discreet and respect your home security
- Leave your pet happy having had fun

Your Dog:
- Will be well behaved and friendly to people and other dogs
- Will have a collar and will walk on the lead

Cancellations;
We regret that any cancellations within 1 week before the start of the booking date will be charged at the full rate.

- Cancellations of services can be charged at the discretion of Happy Paws.
