February 2010 - Dillon has been staying with Judy at the day-care centre at least one day a week since he was 4 months old. He loves it there so much that he often tries to hide from me when I arrive to take him home! (One day Judy was concerned because she couldn't see him - he was hiding under a cushion on the settee!) It's so obvious that Dillon enjoys his time in Judy's care because on ' Happy Paws Days' as I am getting his things together he runs to the front door and waits there impatiently until I am ready to go. I think that Dillon and I are very lucky to have found Happy Paws and I am always telling other dog owners what a fantastic service is provided. Thank you so much from a very happy and contented dog, and an owner who can go to work knowing he is in good hands and having a whale of a time! - Dillon and Liz

February 2010 - "Happy Paws offers an excellent service which means that leaving Lou every day has been something I haven't had to worry about in over two-and-a-half years. Initially, Sarah would pick Lou up in the morning - something which caused great excitement when Sarah's van arrived - and often I would take Lou to Judy's lovely home in Misterton. Both Lou and I would get the most tremendous welcome from either Sarah or Judy although Lou would always be on a mission-dash to see her Happy Paws friends, Charlie and Barney. The service Happy Paws offers is second to none and both Sarah and Judy go out of their way to ensure all their charges have the best possible time in their care - which includes trips to the beach at Burton Bradstock. For the past six months, Lucy has been going to Philippa - one of the Happy Paws Guardians. Philippa built up a very strong bond with Lou prior to me moving house last summer and since then Lou has been going to Philippa every day, with Sarah helping out when Philippa is away. Philippa is amazing with Lou who squeaks with excitement as we drive down the track to Philippa's house in the mornings. Lou has a wonderful time with Philippa, playing ball games in the garden, walking out with Philippa and her two lovely dogs, Lily and Bella, sleeping cosily by the Aga, or having frantic games with Casper the cat who also deserves a special mention because they absolutely adore one another! Through Happy Paws Lou has made some incredible human and doggy/cat friends, as have I - so much so that Lou is now Philippa's god-dog! My sincerest and heartfelt thanks to Sarah, Judy and Philippa who help to make such a big difference in the lives of those we hold most dear!!"

February 2010 - Holly thinks you are great. We think you are totally reliable, extremely helpful and very caring of the dogs in your charge. We initially found you through an internet search for local dog minders and have never felt it necessary to look anywhere else since. We certainly couldn't manage without you.

February 2010 - "Dropping Lottie off on a cold winter morning when it is dark and raining and seeing the log burner glowing and being greeted with a warm welcome and a chat from Judy made me jealous of my dog - I wanted to stay too! I trust Sarah and Judy with Lottie which is really something! I knew they would always act responsibly and make much the same decision that I would. Happy Paws services have been invaluable - a lifesaver during difficult family times and testing work schedules. To be honest I don't think that there has been a time when HP have not been able to help. Very professional and always flexible. We will be back! I have only used Guardians twice - one guardian had pressing family commitments which I fully understood as I have been in the same situation. Under different circumstances I am sure the placement would have been workable. Your guardian network is increasing - as far as Charmouth! I have used this Guardian once and thought that she was excellent and would definitely use her again. In fact I am later this month!"

February 2010 - Little Sid has been coming to Happy Paws for over two years and greatly adores going. He is exhausted when he comes back. Personally we think it is better than any five star hotel. Lovely walks to go on , the wood burner going the sun lounger to sit in and pals to see and play with. The people that run Happy Paws are the kindest most dedicated people that we have ever met and we just want to say a big thank you to both Judy and Sarah not forgetting Charlie who is top dog and little Barney for providing such a fantastic service for our little boy. It would not be possible for us to have Sid without the help of Happy Paws and we thank you so much .

February 2010 - From George - "Better than home-from-home. I have play mates too". I am happy to extol the virtues of Happy Paws and George has also stayed happily with your Guardian at Charmouth. My friends and family all know he stays in a 5 Star home, not a concrete kennel, but if you get much more popular there may come a time when there is no room at the inn!

August 2008 - "Judy and Sarah offer an excellent service and care for my dogs as if they were they own.  As the owner of a rescue dog who still has a few problems, Happy Paws has provided the safe and caring environment he needs.  Happy Paws is always my first choice for dog care and I can`t imagine the dogs going elsewhere."

March 2007 - "Judy and Sarah are very patient and kind when looking after our spoilt, singing Cocker Spaniel. It is just like being at home - being able to sit on a chair! He is well looked after and just as importantly, we are happy to know that our dog is safe and happy at Happy Paws. A great friendly and reliable service."

February 2007 - " Hello – my name is Ben. I am a Collie (mostly) and I am eight.
Because I am intelligent and have a very sensitive nature, I don’t like going to kennels when my Mum goes away. She took me to one once and I refused to get out of the car and had to be dragged out. Mum said she would never take me there again. Now she has found me a really super place to stay when she has to leave me. It is called “Happy Paws” and I can go for just a day, have a sleep-over or stay for longer if necessary. I just love it when I go there – in fact I try to drag Mum in when we walk past the house. It is warm, clean and quite luxurious. Mum says it’s like a 5 star hotel just for dogs. We get taken for long walks over the fields and then we come in and collapse on our own special sofas and chairs until we are collected. The dogs who live at Happy Paws are very friendly and I have lovely games with them. In fact I am almost sorry when the time comes to leave as I have had such fun."

February 2006 - "We have been using Sarah regularly to exercise our dogs. We find her thoroughly reliable and capable of dealing with problems, if they should occur. She is a very friendly person and very importantly, the dogs like her and respond well to her."

November 2006 - "I would highly recommend Happy Paws services, Sarah & Judy have been providing
a dog walking service for us for several months. I have found them to be highly reliable, professional, caring, knowledgeable & flexible. Sarah has a great attitude towards dogs and their needs, I trust her completely when she attends our home to collect our dog for her walk etc. I would not hesitate to recommend Happy Paws to anyone else"
