• We reserve the right to take a deposit at time of bookings for pet sitting and boarding.
• Final fee must be paid within 7 days, before start date of booking date.
• If a regular weekly/fortnightly service is being provided, payment frequency will be agreed in advance.
• Fees do not include VAT - we are not VAT registered.
• Any travel costs are charged at 40 pence per mile after 3 mile radius.
• We can accept payment directly into our bank account, by cash, cheque or debit/credit card (min £15)
• Invoices are due for payment 7 days after invoice date. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments
• Boarding & Pet Sitting; Admin fee of £50 will be charged for bookings cancelled 2 weeks before start date.
• For dog walking, cat feeding and home visits; we reserve the right to charge you in full for any cancellations within 1 week before the start of your booking.
  Happy Paws reserve the right to review their fees from time to time.
